  • Qualification of electronic manufacturers and AVT processes.
  • Realisation of PCB and high current manufacturing technologies and processes
  • Development of manufacturing processes for processing and connecting power electronic components
  • Coordination of electronic manufacturing processes with the development, quality and production departments
  • Derivation and maintenance of PCB layout design guidelines in close cooperation with electronics manufacturers
  • Technology scouting of manufacturing processes for innovative packaging and interconnection technology
  • Analysis of production and field returns and optimization of electronics manufacturing processes
  • Provision of reliability data for FMEDA
  • Coordination of development and production of electronic components
  • Qualification and coordination of suppliers


  • Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of power electronics
  • Experience in the field of electronics manufacturing processes (ideally in the automotive sector)
  • Profound knowledge in the field of assembly and interconnection technology
  • Independent, organized and structured way of working
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills that enable you to work successfully with your colleagues and other departments
  • Responsibility for your projects
