We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Sales Manager for our excellent Business Development team. You will experience day-one-culture and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people. Together we will generate new business, develop very exciting projects with our current and future customers. Through your understanding of the fast-moving electrification market you will be at the forefront of growing and setting successful business. Your amazing motivation will be our customers painkiller.

WHAT YOU DO.

  • Co-creation and execution of sales & business strategy
  • Screening market trends and market potentials
  • Ability to manage financial assessments and to design and evaluate business cases
  • Track of all business transactions in terms of sales targets and business forecasts
  • Gather B2B leads at conferences, events and relevant sessions – especially in off-highway segments
  • Identifying potential decision makers within customers organization
  • Examining SWOT- analysis
  • Present new products and portfolio solutions in best relevant manner
  • Care of existing relations and partnerships
  • Partnering with all stakeholders to meet customer needs and business goals
  • Being the first for customer inquiries and correspondence

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING.

Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales activities in e-mobility, automotive, agriculture or off-highway industry
  • Strong analytical and technical background
  • Good understanding of a state-of-the-art process landscape e.g. Automotive standards or equivalent
  • Solid experience in design and analysis of business models and value chains
  • Contemporary way of communication in general – written & oral
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Deep dive expertise in customer organizations & relevant process empathy
  • Well experienced and connected in an international and technical environment
  • Very good understanding of the electrification market, trends and opportunities
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships
  • A negotiation and closing mindset
  • Quick starter with getting-things-done mentality
  • Teamplayer with courage and curiosity

Preferred:

  • Experienced and passionate in future mobility, electrification or new tech stuff
  • Well educated in business planning, budgeting and project management 
  • Deep knowledge and experience of doing project business
  • Well experienced and connected in off-highway market
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and German
  • Open to change
  • Thinking outside-the-box
