We are looking for an experienced Supplier Manager for our outstanding SCM team. You will experience day-one-culture and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people. Together we will develop a magnificent supply chain. Through your expertise of dealing with suppliers you will be at the forefront of growing and setting a qualified supplier pool. Your amazing motivation will lead us to the right solutions.

WHAT YOU DO.

• Establishment and support of quality management on the supplier side
• Coordination and implementation of international supplier development projects
• Assurance of the use of supplier parts that comply with drawings and specifications
• Independent implementation of release as well as product and process audits
• Continuous monitoring of the Q-performance of suppliers as well as setting up and carrying out task force assignments

WHAT YOU BRING.

Required:

• Completed technical studies or training as a technician (no gender pref.) or master craftsman (no gender pref.) preferably in the field of electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience in the application of quality methodology as well as knowledge in quality management
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as strong communication and team skills
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, strong assertiveness
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred:

• Quality knowledge in electrical engineering as well as experience in the automotive sector
• Qualification as an auditor according to VDA 6.3 and certification as a quality management representative
