We are looking for a skilled and passionate Change manager (no gender pref.) for our magnificent Quality Management team. You will experience day-one-culture and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people. Through your customer-centric expertise you will be at the forefront of service and recognition. Your pragmatic motivation will lead us to the right solutions.

WHAT YOU DO.

  • Coordination and tracking of ECR's, DCO's, ECO's and PR's
  • Operational execution of the problem and change management process in customer development projects on overall and subsystem level
  • Analysis of all changes in relation to the valid fit, form and function rules
  • Ensure compliance with configuration management and change process requirements
  • Review of change management KPI's

Preferably:

  • Definition and maintenance of interfaces
  • Development and optimisation of work instructions
  • Elaboration, further development and implementation of change management trainings
  • Participation in QM topics
  • Carrying out impact analyses and creating 8-D quality reports

WHAT YOU BRING.

  • Completed technical studies or comparable training as a technician (m/f/d)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as technical Change Manager
  • Several years' experience with a change management tool, ideally ARAS or comparable
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management methods, DOORS and FMEAs
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • High sense of quality and responsibility
  • Independent, systematic and analytical way of working
  • Flexibility, agility, structured approach and ability to work in a team
